Placed an order on the 2nd November for makeup products to the value of R348.00 and paid in full. Since then, the order is still showing processing. Owner doesn’t respond to emails, and very selective responding to comments on the Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=*** I am not the only one waiting for my order to be shipped when you scroll through all the comments. WhatsApp chat ***) with the owner, is sporadic. No commitment to a date. Just “we will be shipping today or tomorrow” when I follow up again, it will be shipped out as fast as she can. I am starting to think this is a **** and we will never see what was paid for. How do we get our products or money back?? It’s small businesses like this that prevent us from supporting local entrepreneurs and rather shop from big retailers.
