Bad business

I bought a Foundation stick and Powder from her on her website 3 February 2025. I waited 7 days as they said that delivery time is between 3-7 days, I then sent an email enquiring about delivery status, no reply. Tried calling number on website, no answer, then I went on Instagram and sent her a DM, no reply. They then came back after I asked to atleast answer me and said I can send my own courier. Keep in mind I paid for courier, on wich I rep**** send me your adres and I will do that. On the 18th February I still have not received the adres and after I asked them why they are not replying, she gets an attitude, as if I owe her something, and insisted that she sent it to me. I did not receive it end of story. This is such bad business ethics. I also went on reviews and then realised I am not the only unhappy customer. Please don't trust them.
