Friendly customer service. After getting my tragus piercing done i realised i didnt like ita position much and they were glad to fix it and even gave me an extra for free. I didn't really need 2 but im so glad to have it omg. Also a major shoutout to Meghan because my tattoo is so adorbs. Thanks to Duncan for my sister and I's new piercings
