Not keeping promise to pay money over for car received

I sold my Toyota Yaris on 7 March 2020 to Blazing Auto Car Sales in Randburg. They were supposed to pay 3 payments starting on 31 March 2020. No money has been paid over and they have already sold the car to another dealership. They have all excuses for not paying over the money, including the lock down. This is breach of contract. Watch out for this dealership they are dishonest.
