Shouldn't Be in Business

We ordered 10 000 bags from Blaze Sports in Oct 2014. They failed to deliver on time as promised in writing then when they finally delivered in Dec the bags were inferior quality and needed to be replaced. We returned the bags to them and they agreed to refund us instead of replacing them. We are still waiting for the refund. Now we are sitting with no bags and no money. We've sent them legal letters which they simply ignore. Phone calls never get returned and neither do our emails. I've never come across a company which such a blatant disregard for ethics. They shouldn't be in business and I suggest anyone reading this make sure and not pay a cent upfront or you might never see your money again.
