Poor people skills.

So I ask why they see a need to write my personal details on their books, ID No, phone number and all? The lady who answered accused me of complaining cause it is blacks and wouldn't have complained had it been whites, pathetic as i did not know the colour of the owners when I called. The guy came carrying a gun so I can feel threatened instead of just explaining why they need to capture my personal details and how safe they will be in this high ***** time we live in. Disgusting business ethics!
