no help

I sent Blasters a mail as I wanted to buy a family of 5 a voucher as a christmas gift. For food and drinks and time in the play area for the 3 kids. I received a reply asking for more details and my phone number. I rep**** with the information, and 2 days later, still no answer. Yesterday I sent another mail enquiring about the voucher, and today still no reply. If I have to struggle to get Blasters to take my money, then I'll just get a voucher for another place. Don't bother.
