Speechelo program not acceptable

I recently purchased Speechelo pro and thought it was amazing until I got this message. WARNING ABUSE DETECTED... we have detected large amount of text being generated from your account in a short timeframe. Because of this we have limited your account for the next 4 days. You will be able to generate new voices after 4 days.

I sent a ticket for an explanations and got a lame answer and no resolution. Whats the point of buying a program if you aren't able to use it for the purpose you need it for. DON'T FALL FOR THIS PROGRAM They only want your money.
