We were looking to buy a west highland terrier. I found this breeder on Locanto website. A woman named Blandine Louw contacted me with all the details of her puppies and photos. She said she was in the North Cape and would courier the dog to me. The courier company is also a **** and is working with her. JF speed courier services. A man with the name James Meyerton contacted me with all the information. They are not a registered company and they work together to **** you into buying a dog and paying for the courier services!!!
