Worst service and experience I have had in my life from an Optometrist

Probably one of the worst experience I have ever had with an optometrists. My frame had to be replaced 4 times in a span of 6 months, due to inferior quality, the 1st frame broke due to a lens being cut too big, the same lenses were used over and over again, that by the 4th frame they were scratched beyond recognition and to add insult to injury, they were cut so badly for the frame that there were visible gaps. I eventually got a refund for the frame, and got a new set of uncut lenses, only problem is that now I get charged at any other optometrist to cut the lenses for the frame,

Worst service and experience I have had in my life. inferior quality and unfriendly service from the optometrist, the receptionist is lovely, but cannot make up for service like this.
