iMac

We bought an second hand iMac with pre-installed software from the company. The promise was that specifically the Final Cut software on the iMac will be upgrade-able, but we are not able to upgrade the software. The reason that we bought this specific iMac was that it has Final Cut on the iMac and that we will be able to upgrade it. <br> <br> We have tried to get in contact with Brian various times and have had to use different numbers to get hold of him to deliver to his promise. Every time we get hold of him, he promises to deliver, but never does.<br> <br> i trust that they will resolve the problem ASAP...
