illiterate staff!!!!

i paid off my credit card to blakes mapanga attorneys and CHARRISE VAN WYK was handling this procedure, she first sent me an sms confirming the amount that i had to pay in and sent through the relvant bank account details for me to make the payment, after i made the payment i caled in twice to ask to speak to charrise to get my settlement letter or to see if the payment reflects on their side but she didnt get back to me. i recived email from her today stating that the amount i paid in was wrong and that i must now pay in more money because the bank apperently says i paid the wrong amount when charisse is the one that smsed me the amount which i deposited, im still awaiting her responce. can blakes please train your staff correctly to take their jobs seriously and not just speak nonsence.
