Blake's agents need to get a real job. Feeding off peoples misery is not a job

I was given a credit card by Nedbank in 2014 despite me telling them I had been retrenched. Anyway being without an income meant I couldn't pay the monthly installment. The case was handed over to BM who threatened to attach my property etc. It's now 2019 and almost 5 years so the debt should have been prescribed yet BM agents lie and refuse to accept this. They speak of having issued summons but I am clever enough to know this is just another ploy. They insist they spoke to me about payment and I agreed. When I ask for a voice recording they refuse. I have now handed this over to the Ombudsman as them calling me is a crime. Lots of people are fooled and don't understand that these vultures calling you when a debt is t prescribed is actually a crime in the eyes of the law.
