Still waiting for delivery

Complaint: I placed an order with Blake Flo Distributors for a printed gazebo at cost price. I paid a deposit and even ordered Heatflex material for this order. After waiting a full week for delivery, I was unexpectedly told that I need to pay an additional R300 “to prove” something before my order can be completed or delivered.

This feels unfair and like a bait-and-switch tactic – I was never informed of this extra charge upfront. I have proof of payment for the deposit and the initial agreement. I want either my gazebo delivered as agreed or a full refund of my deposit.
