Extremely Unprofessional

I contacted Blaize Point trading to get a quote for an air conditioner. The query was sent via an online form for quotes. After not hearing back after a week, I called the company and spoke to a lady that said someone will come out after 16h00 that day. At 18h00 they ha not yet arrived. My husband called a cell phone number and a guy named Bles answered and said they are running late and would come the next day. My husband took time off work the next day and once again they did not pitch. My husband called Bles and he said he would call back in 2 minutes. That was the last we heard from him. I called an alternative cell number and spoke to someone named Seal. I told him how irate I was and he was very apologetic and promised to come through the next day (Thursday). Yet again, they do not show up. Their website speaks about honesty, good service and customer satisfaction. What a load of bulls**t. They lost huge business from us because of their unprofessional behaviour.
