CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION

Customer Dissatisfaction. I'm very and highly disappointed with one of the stores here in kzn it a Blair Athol Pharmacy Ive been using the store for quite some times and I am a huge fan of one of your product Epimax so I bought it last month and the cream had so many dirt and stains on it and my body started to develop a rash I went to consults and I was told that it a product that I have used recently and even now the rash is still coming out of my body, wen I return the product I was told that the priority is the 'Slip' not the customer" and they are only profit oriented business and only to find that even the manager knows me very well due to Im their frequent customer as I have mentioned prior that I use to be a huge fan of the product and I love Epimax and it a disaster that what I can say, If you guys don't sort this I will use every powers to sort it myself and I will use every audacity to put things where it suppose to be and this is Huge Risk and South Africa has to know about this.
