Worst experience of my life

I recently purchased a 7.5k starter setup at the branch in east rand mall and had the most ********** experience there was adjustments made to the invoicing from person who helped and he gave me a scope that was not on the invoicing mentioning to me he had done it on purpose as he seen my reaction about the red dot on returning the weapon I had retuned the paintball gun as I was inquiring about a full auto instead recived a semi auto … poor sales service in my opinion… on returning this product back I recived such poor assistance from kyle only to find out he **** to the regional manager about product that was brough back and always has a ****y comment when spoken to after not being able to get assistance from Kyle I then escalated it to the regional manager where things took an uphill I recived a report where there were spelling errors throughout the report and on the report it stated false information regarding the report/ inspection of the product I just wanted to let everyone know how these people operate in this place such a shame.
