Worst customer service

I ordered and paid for stuff from Blades and Triggers on 17/7/2018.Their website promise 3 to 5 days delivery time.Phoned them on 23/7/2018 and they told me they are waiting for one of the items.No email to inform me .They will send the parcel soon before the end of the week.I phoned them again on 30/7/2018 and they told me that the parcel was send away that morning.Told them i want to be refunded because i already got the items somewhere else as i needed it urgently like i told them the first time.Today 2/08/2018 i phoned them again as they just ignored me and told me they will look into the refund today.So it seems every time i phone them they say something just to get me off their backs.The tracking no they gave me does not work so i phoned the courier company Split Second Express. Stil waiting to hear back from them.
