USELESS!!!

<p>Hi Guys,</p> <p>So I visited the Clearwater Branch about 2-3 weeks ago as I lost my Magazine for my Gamo PT80, I met with 2 guys I can't remember their names and I gave my details to the one gent whilst talking to the other gent RE filling my PB canisters and I was advised that due to the fact that I am part of the CPF they will do it for free. The next day I sent my fiance as I couldn't go and they charged her R30 to fill one bottle and got told that my other 2 bottles were expired and they can't refill them, I wasn't aware of this and she doesn't know any better and instead of explaining everything through to her they try and sell her a 10k gun. After her telling them no on numerous occasions they then got an attitude with her...... none the less Monday came and went and I also got busy and as I said its about 2 - 3 weeks later still no phone call or sms. I then got Kabeer's number and explained my frustration. He apologized and promised to get back to me the next day. The next morning I sent him a text RE my gun leaking gas and asked again on a price of the magazine which he was going to get back to me. we had this discussion at 11:17 and its now 15:15pm and STILL NO RESPONSE!!! THAT'S FROM SENIOR MANAGEMENT!!!! This is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND IN FUTURE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND B&T TO ANYONE AND WILL POST ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLAT FORM POSSIBLE!!!!!! Quick to take your money but no need to complain about service as there is F#@$@$#@</p>
