Untraceable Order!
I made an on-line purchase last week from this company. After finalising the transaction, I was contacted by them with an apology that the item could not be despatched on the 24th but would be sent on the 25th, I was ok with this as they at least communicated. They promised that delivery would take place on Monday, 29 May at the latest. So, on all of my attempts to track my parcel, the sight they direct me to (that of their courier), the only result is that the collection has been logged, nothing more. I contacted this company this morning via their Wahtsapp line, enquiring about my order. They requested my order number, which I sent to them. Now, I get no response from them!
I have made a number of purchases from this company in the past, of reasonable value, and the service was good. But after this, I will no longer support them, neither do I reccomend anyone else doing so.
