Thieving at its best!

This business has policies in place that contravene the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008! I placed and paid for an on-line order with this company. I then decided against the purchase and informed the company accordingly, via multiple communication channels. The product was never despatched and order never processed! Today, they called me to confirm the cancellation of the order. Prompltly, thereafter, I was sent an e-mail stating that I would be charged a 10% handeling fee!!!! This is ******* and totally *********!!!!

This company has no scruples, no regard for the law and certainly no interest in their customers!
