Terrible

I have a complaint for the Menlyn branch.

5 days ago I was in the store and I requested to one of the guys if they could get me a silencer for the ASG thunder pro 9, he said of course he could and he can get it directly from ASG themselves. I told him that would be great.

Today I go into the store and asked if they could order a silencer. The guy incharge told me that I would be impossible to do, so I stopped him and told him the situation. He kept giving me excuses, being ****ing lazy of course just so he doesn't have to do it. Excuse my French. So I said it's fine and I left because he didn't want to make the sale and I was furious.

I call the store to get head offices number and he cut my call.

I am not happy. Since I am a paying customer and the service I got was ****ing appalling and full of excuses. Im really not happy with it at all. I will go and buy from safari outdoor since they are more than welcome to help me. You just lost me as customer and my business.
