<p>I bought paintball components from Blades and Triggers at Clearwater Mall. Amongst the items piurchased was a compressed air bottle for the paint ball gun. When it was sold to me they recommended that I put a stop **** between the bottle and the gun so that I could use the paint ball gun without having to ***** the bottle into place each time. Thery took my details and promised to inform me when new valves arrive as they had ordered. Six weeks later i am still waiting for the stop ****. They are quick to tell you "next week" but will not let you know when they are gatting stock. Eventually I bought one somewhere else.</p> <p>Today 19th July 2017, I go in with the empty bottle they sold me to fill up. When I bought the bottle My bwife and I were told that we could come in and have it filled every Wednesday "Free of Charge". The day I was there the compressor was out of order being repaired. When I got there I was told that there is a charge to fill the bottle. I was upset and let them know that that is not what was told to me when I bought the bottle, but they bmust please fill it. Surprise, surprise when the bottle gauge goes up to 50% full and no more. I get told that the bottle they are filling from can't fill my bottle becauase theirs has been used. So if you are not the first customer, you don't get a full bottle. When I complained I get a lot blank stars from the sales staff and no solution.</p> <p>I would have rather taken a CO2 bottle if they had been honest with me in the first place because that is easier to fill. I have wasted money on a bottle that they cannot service. </p>
