Refund nightmare at Blades and Triggers
Very unprofessional, I bought a BB gun in January and I returned it within two months because it was not working properly. They promised to refund me. Even today I'm still waiting for the refund. To make it worse I was told that I will be charged 20% handling fee because I bought the gun through lay-bye.

could you please let us know which branch this was bought at? refunds are usually not done after 10 working days of purchase if and when they are depending on certain factors a handling fee does get charged due to the fact that the item has been used for the more than 30 days, condition and the way it was returned as well is taken in to consideration.
Our apologies for any inconvenience caused during this process as well for our team which did not clarify the reasoning behind the handling fee clearly, however if you can let me know which store this was at than i may get more information and clarify the process with you for your convenience and piece of mind.
please also confirm if the refund has been received.
