<p>We visited your branch in Vanderbijlpark on Sunday, 18 December.</p> <p>We were the only customers in your store and were looking for a knive. No one helped. In fact, all your staff were standing close to the counter and were laughing and joking quite volubly. I presume that they have met their sales targets for the year and there is no need for assisting customers.</p>
