Pathetic Service!!!!

On 26th October I placed an online order that I would collect at Clearwater branch. On the 28th I queried the order via the online chat on their website. I was told it takes 3 to 4 working days. The following week I called and asked what was going on. The gent checked and told me that he didn't know why Clearwater hadn't called but they would give me a call to collect instore. Well its now the 11th November and I haven't had any communication at all. Blades and triggers you are either a bunch of ************ or your service is truly pathetic and you don't give a **** about your customers!
