Not in it for the long run!

<p>Customer service at Blades and Triggers Vaal Mall is a joke. Once a customer leaves this store employees would belittle and bad mouth customers behind their backs. I was so shocked to hear how staff was boasting about the "stupid" customer whom apparently paid for a lot more than that was actually needed. Althought I was keen on spending a few grand on a decent gun for my son, I do not have sufficient knowledge about their products to know when I am being **********. Therefore I am not comfortable spending money at this store. I would recommend customers pay attention to what they are buying. These guys have no intention of lasting customer relations and are only in it to make as much as they can as fast as they possibly can. No integrity!</p>
