Not happy with Blades and Triggers Menlyn branch

I had a deal with Blades and Trigger Menlyn branch where we agreed that they will provide me with a Hill Mk 4 handpump and a a 300 bar scuba cylinder and filling station. They provide me the incorrect pump (Walther instead the Hill mk4) after I battled to get them to follow through on the deal. I returned the leaky pump. I had to try several attempts to get them to respond. They will now at least get the correct pump. With the scuba tank and filling station I also have issues. After they provided me with a tank and the incorrect filling station/tank they downgraded it to a 232 bar system. They then acquired the correct 300 bar DNS filling station but unfortunately it is a used item. After I've spend a huge amount on several items I feel they really lack proper communication skills and I feel let down.
