My paintball gun Damaged in store

In October 2024 I took my paintball gun to Gape gate Mall branch to get serviced C.J helped me and booked it inn. I gave my details to him,he said he will send me a watsupp to complete a form and never did I called him to remind him. Still he didn't. After a few day's I called back and asked about the paintball gun amd the form i need to complete he said that 2 o-rings need to be replaced and i dont need to completethe form . After a month of waiting to get feedback about the paintball I went back to the store and he was not working that day. I spoke to the store manager Dawood he phone C.j and ask where is the paintball gun. After the call Dawood went and collected it. To my reprise the paintball gun topcover was in pieces I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Dawood called C.j back to explain. C.j said that when tried to open the gun it started to brake into pieces. I spoke to Dawood and said it's not possible clearly it fell on the butt end if the gun. He promised me he will get a new topcover at there storeroom. In late November still nothing. In middle December Dawood said he can't seem to find a topcover. Its January now still no feedback.
