<p>on the 29th July I purchased a paintball gun for my son of 9. it was delivered on the following Tuesday 2nd August broken. the package was broken, then my son put one of his paint***** into it and it just would not fire. the actual paintball is stuck in the chamber. I tell them that I expect a replacement the following friday, 5th August and nothing arrives by the time I get home so I call, to cut a very long story short, it comes back that they have no stock........ how can they sell me a broken gun I ask and mumble mumble is the response. I have thus asked for refund before next wednesday 5pm and before I can even get this finished they call to arrange the collection of the gun....... like hell they will.</p>
