Horrible and disgusting service and behaviour

<p>my husband and i had purchashed a gun from this blades and triggers at the glen in the middle of august, however a week later when we decided to use the gun we noticed that they had sold us a used and second hand gun. we then went into the store and requested a refund and the store manager insisted it was closing time so they would do it the next day. i went into the store 2 days later requesting my refund and they had insisted they had done it. today 1 month later and i still havent recieved my refund and when i call them to find out whats going on, they are utterly rude and keep saying the did the refund and then they change the story a week later to say they dont do refunds, so what is going on with this store. the staff are completely rude and have no way with dealing with their clients. i request that a refund should be done ASAP as this is terrible service. </p>
