HDP50 exploded in my hand.

I purchased a HDP50 in April 2024 at Galleria Branch and using the gun for the second time in December while inserting a new gas cylinder and activating the gun the whole gun exploded in my hand and hurt my hand quite badly. I returned gun 19 December and was told they will contact me week after christmas when they have new stock to replace the item. 5 weeks later I followed up with them after no call received and was told there no stock and i need to wait 2 to 3 more weeks for new unit and that these things happen. I was very unhappy because they had no problem receiving my money but refuse to refund me my money. My husband got call 26 January to advise new gun arrived he went to collect 27 January only to be told it is the OLD gun replaced with New parts. This is absolutely shocking and disgusting service I will never support them again and will make sure my family who spend alot of money there as well will not make use of their services if this is the service we get.
