Good customer service and delivery

I was looking for a specific knife and BNT was the only store stocking it at, seeing the reviews I was hesitant at first but also know you can't judge a company solely on outdated reviews. I gave them a chance ordering online and was pleasantly surprised by the entire shopping experiencing. They communicated well from the start with good customer service in mind up until delivery and can confirm that I did not have the same experience as previous buyers.
