Going the extra mile

Going the extra mile I needed a knife for a gift however it was a very specific one I wanted.I went to my closest Blades and Triggers store in Pretoria but unfortunately they did not have it in store as it was a brand they do not keep. The maneger Requested one of the staff members take my details and said he will try and source it for me even tho they do not do the brand. I was quite short on time and was sceptical in giving them the time but I did

2 day's later they called saying they have the knife and the courier picked it up and an employee was willing to drive and get it from the courier depo in JHB the next morning so it could be there by 9am when they open and i could collect. I went in around 9h15 and my knife was there and I was extremely pleased. I must compliment the team for going the extra mile and making sure that I got the gift I wanted Thank you. You made your self a life long client because of this astonishing experience .
