Don’t trust Blades and triggers
Faulty product and no follow up service. Months later and just excuses. Don’t waste your time and money with this company

I have been dealing with Brett and regarding my CZ Shadow 2 airsoft gun. The magazine was faulty shortly after purchase. I sent it in for repairs and never got it back. He keeps saying he'll get back to us, but months have passed and nothing.

Hi Mohammed.

15 Aug 2023, 08:02Morning Zinia, thank you for the reply. i have spoken with Brett. i believe you bought a second magazine as well? the magazine was repaired and was meant to leave with the new magazine bought. kindly confirm if the new magazine was received. he has been dealing with your secretary as per his follow up on Friday which was than brought to our attention the repaired magazine was not received. i am looking in to this today and will have it resolved for you. our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
