Could have been a oops - but great customer service prevented that.

After my 3rd or 4th online order , I hit a snag a few days and my products had not been dispatched.

I contacted the online team, we worked out that the store did not have what I ordered in stock, we found an alternative, at a decent price, even better than what I ordered.

All props to them, I will happily order again from the online team.
