Broken Promises

On 1st of August I bought an Empire Mini GS for my son at the Heidelberg branch. Did not use it for weeks due to exams/air tanks could not be filled due to broken compressor. When we got to the paintball range (19 Sept), we found that when on semi-auto, only the 1st few ***** would travel some distance(Crono 220), the others drop out of the barrel. Returned gun to B&T Hdb next day. <br> Were promised a new gun but after 2 weeks received same gun with same problem. Returned immediately to B&T Hdb. Shop owner arranged for new gun to be picked up next morning at B&T East Rand Mall. After waiting for an hour and a half, received replacement gun with no spare part kit, obviously not new. Took it anyway, hoping it will work. Did not, leaking air @ ASA, so returned it same day, told to take it to B&T shooting range to be fixed. It was repaired but still leaking every now and then. Flicking on/off switch at ASA sometimes solved problem. <br> Went to shooting range on 17 Oct, but gun was leaking air constantly. Returned it to B&T Hdb next day and requested refund. It was agreed that refund will be paid.<br> To date no refund received, just broken promises and call-backs that never happen.
