BNT deliberate ***********

On the 30th of Jan 2024 I transferred money into BNT's account to purchase 5 items. Same day a person by the name of David called me back to say the inventory on the system is incorrect as they have no stock. I asked for the order to be cancelled and to refund the particular company but to date it was not done. I visited the Montana branch to gather further information but the service was shocking and appalling and the staff very rude and uncooperative. I called Finchoice pay to check if the money was transferred but it was not I contacted BNT again today (06 Feb 2024 and my request was once again ignored. Up to today I also have not received any stock either One of those like many others tactical/airsoft companies in South Africa who would take you for ride and walk away.
