I have bought over R40 000.00 rands of air soft guns from them wit in 2 to 3 days we battled with the battery's i went back with a struggle they gave us other battery's bud the problem keeps on happening battery's last for the firstime of use then when we want toe charge it non of the battery's where charging then they say no its the charger they changed it but stil the same problem now they send 2 battery's back & is already 3 monts & we dont here from them then 2 the big air soft rifels browk parts just fall out of the one & the ones gears where not working cant put the gun on semiauto or on full auto then they send the guns in it was still in the shop n week a go when we went back to find out about the guns & the battery's they tald us that they havend sended it away for repairs we sins haven't been contacted by blades and triggers or one of the sales people to tel us whats going on i dont whant the stuf back anymore they must gif me now a full refund on all the goods i have purchased from them. I also bought a new air pistil from them that i took back the next day and are still awaiting to hear from them they just dont contacted there clients with feedback you have to go to them and ask them for feed back i am also waiting for them to come back with a torch that i bought from them & its now half a year since i took it back for them to repair or replace it and no feed back are even given from that so what a bad customer service & experience they dont care bout the business or the clients they serve i mean why have a business if you cannot assist your clients big or small i say a gain i have purchased ofer 40 thousand Rands worth of guns from them & i am now fed up with the bad service that i have received from January 2022 till now this day. A nother thing is the guns they sel in store does not come frome the back out of the stock room its direct from the floor so al of the guns in the front are demo models thats why the guns gif so much problems they are always using them to demostrate to clients they gif the client the merchandise thats on the floor cause they dont have any extra new guns in store in a storeroom its staight from the shelf or display cubberds
