Blades and Triggers Online Pathetic Service

<p>Ordered a knife from them and did online payment that went through as normal. After two days still no reply from them. Phoned Yusuf at Heidelberg branch who apparentely deal with online queries and told me he is still awaiting approval from head office. Sent proof of payment to him and still no response after three days. This company is the worst and can learn from Takelot. I will never order anything from them again and advise other knife collectors to avoid them like the pest. There is no communication from their side as to what is status of your order. Compared to Takelot these people are absolute lost in terms of service delivery. Please do not do business with them.</p> <p> </p>
