Blades and Triggers a nightmare

On the 7th of May 2025, I went to the Blades and Triggers shop in Clearwater Mall Roodepoort. I bought two PCP rifles, one which is part of a combo. The combo includes the rifle, pellets and a hand pump. The shop did not have the pump in stock and promised that it will be delivered the next day, the 8th of May to my residence. I waited and nothing happened. Made the first call and was told that they are not expecting any new stock to arrive. Promised to call me back. Nothing happened so I again called. Nope, nothing in stock. I said no it's fine, let me call you tomorrow. I was then told no, I must call back in a week. What do I do with two PCP rifles without the pump. I was promised delivery the next day and on that basis bought the two rifles. Now I'm getting the run around and in the meantime I can do nothing with the two rifles. Very disappointed with the ********* behavior and poor after sales service. I will never again buy anything from Blades and Triggers.
