Bad service still no refund after 2 weeks

I returned and item to Clearwater store, I was promised a refund and told it would be done within 5-7 days, it has been 2 weeks no refund received, the manager tells me it has been done and they waiting for proof of payment, I'm now waiting a further 3 days for pop with still no refund, nobody gives me accurate feedback and it's becoming frustrating, im being pushed from pillar to post when all I need is my money back, can someone in higher management come back to me if they see this as the stuff at the store are very unpleasant to deal with!!!!
