Bad service and empty promises.

I bought a new pumpmaster 760 from blades for my son birthday at blades and trigers I received the package what looks like a demo with parts missing and no instruction manual, I contacted Blades and Triggers and confronted them, they agreed to send me a new one and that the new one will arrive at Friday 6 of September 2019 have email's to confirm the statement, only empty promises and till today nothing been done almost 2 weeks I will never do business again with them selling demos and shipping goods that are not as stated on the website with missing parts. To top it all off no birthday present for my son.
