Bad service

I had a laybye on a item at Blades and Triggers Canal Walk and I went in to cancel it and get my money back I was told by the manager it was no problem as he had to get head office to do a EFT payment so I gave them my bank details and then they said it will take 1 day to do it and I am still awaiting the eft payment I followed up on it and they keep saying it was do but still nothing I am very unhappy about because nobody can give me a proper answer
