bad quality paint***** and gloves

I bought flame paint***** and gloves from the glen and my brother in law also bought a box we went to play paintball today and every second ball bursts in the barrel and the strap on one of the gloves straps are broken we tried the paint***** in 4 different guns and keep bursting I took the stuff back to the shop and they said they would change the gloves but the paint they can give me R110 A bag back we used 1 bag from the one box and 2 from the other and I demand that they replace both boxes this is unacceptable and will never support blades and triggers again I am a regular customer in the store and replace the gloves
