Awesome customer service!

I recently started playing Airsoft, not knowing anything about the equipment, I asked the friendly, professional staff at the Sandton branch for advice - They recommended a rifle which I bought. Once bought, I realized that the rifle I bought was wrong for my needs. Without any questions or hesitation the guys exchanged it for me. I highly recommend this awesome team! (Dorian & Miles)

PS: I’ve subsequently had a very similar experience from Innocent at the Fourways branch so the management must be doing something right!
