Appalling service

I made contact the 28th Nov about a Fenix flashlight that needs to be repaired. No feedback. Everytime I contact them they now know about the problem and will let me know. And when I call again it is the same thing. Please make sure if you purchased stuff from Blades & Triggers just know that your warranties will be a painful experience sorting it out with them.
