an compliant with the consumers act gun safety is non compliant
I bought a gun and it blew up in my face they are clearly selling inferior products on top of everything they refused to give me a refund I will never do business with them again the gun is a write-off

we would appreciate it if you would state the whole story as to how the product exploded as we at Blades and Triggers pride ourselves on the Quality of products we sell. the rifle did not just explode like that, as you mentioned to Junaid the oil which was meant for the pump was used on the gun, the manual also refers to use of oil on the gun as well as type of oil to use on the gun, if the manual was followed there would be no issue as it also states that when applying the oil it should be cleaned out properly before shooting as if any oil is left behind it can cause a problem, as far as the explosion is concerned this means that oil travelled in to the wrong place or was app**** incorrectly as that is only scenarios which would cause the gun to explode.
in this case a refund is not an option as the warranty becomes void and results in misuse of the product.
