Terrible, non-existant service for visa application

My husband tried to use this company to apply for a US visa on my behalf. He sent numerous e-mails with forms and questions and not once did anyone get back to him. Finally after weeks of trying, I decided to try apply online myself, only to find out that the first date available for an interview was in a months time... 2 weeks before we are supposed to travel!

There is no guarantee that my visa will be processed in time.
