My application for u s a visa was declined due to misinformation on the application form .At my interview it was noted that I would be visiting LA(Los angeles) instead of PA(Pennsylvania).As my trip is to Philadelphia I expected to be advised as to correct completion of my visa application .in addition I should have been advised to include the country of my destination .Should these details not be noted by a competent visa agent before submission? Blade express should stick to courier service and not a visa agent .
